Port Angeles is a city in Clallam County, Washington, United States. The population was 18,397 at the 2000 census.- the largest on the Olympic Peninsula. It is the county seat of Clallam County. Port Angeles is known for its abundance of outdoor activities, including kayaking, hiking, climbing, surfing, mountain biking, and SCUBA diving.

There is a community college called "Peninsula College" in Port Angeles. To all of the Native Port Angelites the town is called "PA" and the college is called "PC". PA is known for its crazy Downtown art. There are many sculptures...such as Metal Sea Horses, Sea Gulls on sticks...and other such interesting items decorating the streets. The High School is well known for its music program.
